By making a purchase from us you are entering an agreement to comply with aal applicable laws regarding importing/exporting goods to and from your country of origin. You the buyer are responsible for import duties/taxes incured from your purchase.

OUT OF STOCK: this means an this particular item is currently not in stock with us or any of our suppliers therefore we cannot get this item for you, Please check back as when this item does become avaialble we will get it restocked a.s.a.p

IN STOCK: Items marked as in stock are either avaialble from us or one of our suppliers and this item will be dispatched as ealy as we can depending on stock quantitiy's on hand

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK WITH YOU: if an item you have ordered is not in stock with us but is available with one of our suppliers we will continue with your order and get it mailed out as soon as we can (once new stock arrives with us).

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE: we charge postage by the weight of your selected products and you will be given may options for delivery, just choose the method you would prefer.

DO YOU CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS: all items we currently custom order are included on the website, As this may take some time to fully update please feel free to get in touch with us about any particular item you are looking for and we will do our best to get it for you.

DO YOU MAKE THE PATCHES ETC YOU SELL: currently we do not make these patches/badges etc but this is something we may look into in the future.

WHY DO YOUR PRICES DIFFER FROM YOUR EBAY STORE: simply put ebay is a nightmare to work with as they constantly change their requirements, all our ebay listings include shipping etc. therefore you can save money by buying your items direct from our website.

DO YOU HAVE A LIVE STOCK COUNT: currently we do not have a live stock count as stock changes on a daily basis, we do however update our website as often as possible to remove items that are no longer available and add new items that become avaiable.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO: we ship worldwide, your delivery options will be available once you have added your desired items to the cart for checkout.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT: no but we do advise to create an account so that you are eligable or informed of special offers and discounts when they are avaialble.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE TO RETAIL BUSINESSES: yes although our website prices are set & everyone is available to purchase at these prices.

DO YOU ATTEND EVENTS: yes we do currently attend some events (Music Festivals, Comic Conventions, Tattoo Conventions, Motorcycle Rally's etc.) If you are holding an event or attending an event that you would like us to attend please feel free to message us with the details and we can check if we are free to attend.

WHAT BRANDS DO YOU SELL: we sell many brands including Nemesis Now, Spiral Direct, Funko, Alchemy Gothic, Marvel Select, Disney, Revell, Takom, etc. If you would like us to sell a particular brand please again message us some details and we will look further into it.

CAN U SELL MY MERCHANDISE: yes we can stock your brand/items depending on what it is we may sell it as a comission only basis so we can see how it goes. message us your details and what your items are (pictures as well if possible) and we will get in touch once we have checked it out.
